New home kit

I've just seen the new home kit for the first time and after a few good efforts this one is not great. The new sleeves have the Umbro diamonds running down them and the blue is now so light that it is starting to look off white. Another skin tight effort for you fat fuckers as well.

I'll try and get a picture on here so you can make your own opinion.

It's hideous, but at least the blue looks more like the traditional one, it maybe light but it isn't turquoise.

Some of the fan mock ups have been far better than this effort. There was a retro Avco one with a blue hoop that looked fantastic so makes you wonder why, with such huge money in sponsorship and at £55 a pop each premier league club doesn't get get it's own exclusive design.

5/10 on this one.

I didn't think it could be worst than last seasons, with the stupid blue side stripes. But from that picture it seems they've topped it. It looks awful, best to hold fire yet until it's released and you see more than that angle I suppose.

Not too sure Mad Dog but did read somewhere they will be blue this year, not sure how true that is.

Switched to white shorts/socks after a few moan ups about the original blue short/socks plan apparently

Isn't completely terrible but doesn't look that good. I'll condemn it fully if it still looks shit when the players are wearing it on the pitch.

Doesn't look as bad as that one we were relegated in a few years ago. Was that Umbro too?

I've just showed it to my two teenage boys who really liked it. Maybe overweight middle aged me weren't the demographic they was aiming at then 😉
